Terms and Conditions
Agreement
Opening an account or playing at MrPacho means you accept our General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Notice and the rules of each promotion and game. Where a promotion has its own rules, those rules come first for that promotion. Our General Terms and Conditions are at version 1.12, last updated on 19.08.2026, and the English text is the one that counts.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live. Before you sign up, and each time you play, it is your job to check that online gambling is allowed in your country. Residents of our Excluded Jurisdictions cannot open an account or add money to one, and some game providers keep their titles closed in further countries. NetEnt games are not available to players in Australia.
Your account
Register in your own correct name and keep your details up to date. We allow one account per person, household, phone number, email address and IP address, and duplicate accounts are closed with their winnings cancelled. We may ask for identity, address and payment documents, which are due within 30 days. If you do not log in for 180 days the account becomes inactive and a monthly fee of 10 AUD may apply.
Bonuses
Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that has to be met before its winnings can be cashed out. Casino bonuses are wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 days. Games count towards wagering at different rates, your own money is played first, and asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is done cancels the bonus. Each offer is limited to one per person and household.
Deposits and withdrawals
Only use payment methods that belong to you. Deposits need to be played through at least once before a withdrawal, we may check your account before paying out, and withdrawal limits per transaction, day and month depend on your VIP level.
Fair play
Duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, exploiting errors and bonus abuse are not allowed. If we find them, we may close the account, cancel promotions and remove the winnings involved.
Complaints
Contact our support team first. If the issue stays open, send a detailed written complaint from your registered email address, as described on our contact page.
